"Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" stars Mariska Hargitay and Ice-T are mourning a crew member who died following complications from the coronavirus.
Josh Wallwork, who worked in the costume department on the long-running NBC crime drama, died Thursday at age 45 after contracting COVID-19, "SVU" showrunner Warren Leight revealed on Twitter.
Leight shared a message from Wallwork's family friend, adding the cast and crew is "heartbroken" over the news of his death.
"Very sad news today. One of our costumers, and a beautiful man, Josh Wallwork, passed away from complications of Covd-19," Leight wrote. "Cast and crew send love and prayers to his family and friends. We are heartbroken."
