Memorial Day is fast approaching. Flags will be put up at the Unadilla Cemetery on Friday, May 23, at 6 p.m., and taken down Monday, May 26, at 6 p.m. Thanks in advance to all those who help with this. More details next week.

Please, when mowing your lawn, keep the clippings in your yard and not in the street. It’s dangerous to both bicycle and motorcycle riders.

Our “Yoga in the Gym” classes are on summer break. Autumn will let us know when they begin again.

We attended Syracuse High School graduation exercises. What a great bunch of kids! It’s hard to believe the end of the school year is right around the corner! If you’re looking for summer help, let us know and we’ll mention it here.

Friday, 5-15-1925, The Otoe Union: “While whitewash is adaptable to many cleaning purposes, the University Agricultural College recommends it particularly for the dairy barn and the poultry house.” The record low for the previous Sunday night was 30 degrees, with frost reported. School closed May 15th. Mother’s Day was observed at both churches. “Construction on the cellar walls of Paul Hair’s new building, is well underway.”
