Stilmock was appointed by Mayor Ervin Kehlenbeck and served under four mayors including Ray Umbarger, Dan Whitney, and KC Ortiz and two city clerks Peggy Hobscheidt and current clerk, Kelly Farmer.

Mayor Dettmer concluded, “Jerry, we will miss your calm presence and wise counsel you brought to each meeting whether at the Planning Commission, City Council, or other special committee.
