The Syracuse-Dunbar-Avoca volleyball team continued it's dominance, as they cruised through tournament play that was hosted in Syracuse on Monday, October 1.

S-D-A have rattled off ten straight wins after their only loss on the year to Platteview on September 13.
In those ten games, the Rockets have lost only one set and won 21.

First round; S-D-A defeats Ralston; 25-5, 25-12.

The Rockets had a kill percentage of 61 percent that was led by Meredith Clark with 8; Jessie Moss, seven; Lindsey Moss, five.

Brooke Snyder led with 21 assists, and Lauren Meyer paved the way with 11 digs.

In the championship game, the Rockets faced the Lourdes Central Knights.

S-D-A came away with the 2-0 sweep; 25-14, 25-15.

Jessie Moss led the way with nine kills; Clark, seven; Lauren Meyer, five.

Brooklyn Nordhues, Clark, and Jessie Moss each contributed seven digs.

Snyder added 24 assists in the Rockets 17th win on the year.

The Rockets will be at home to face Freeman on Thursday, October 4.
