The 1951-52 Palmyra boys’ basketball team posted a record of 21-5, won the Class A championship for the MUDECAS tournament, won the district championship and earned a state runner up finish. Players on the team included Malvin Kissinger, Ed Golden, Gary Thomson, Warren Lashley, Richard Reimer, Bill Weatherhogg, Wayne Copes, Kent Lanning, Johnny Stilwell, Lyman Hall and Jimmie Strooltman. The team was led by Coach Davis.
