The Syracuse Area Chamber of Commerce held their monthly meeting April 2 at the Syracuse Public Library.  They discussed past and future events that are sponsored by the chamber.

The Annual Syracuse Egg Hunt was successful with around 125 children despite the dreary weather conditions.  Their next event will be the Syracuse Home and Garden Show April 20-21 and Syracuse Cleanup Day April 21. They already have 29 businesses signed up to have a booth at the Home and Garden Show.

The date for Tannenbaum has not yet been set, but it is anticipated that it could be moved back to Saturday rather than Sunday.  An update was given on GermanFest plans and how they are progressing with fundraising and planning.

The next regular Chamber of Commerce meeting will be held May 7 at the Syracuse Public Library at noon.
