Luther Memorial to offer GriefShare program

Luther Memorial Church in Syracuse invites anyone navigating the pain of loss to join our upcoming GriefShare program, beginning Wednesday, August 27. GriefShare is a highly respected, Christ-centered support group recognized worldwide for helping individuals find healing after the death of a loved one.

Whether your loss is recent or occurred years ago, you’ll find comfort, understanding, and hope in this supportive group setting. The 13-week program provides tools to cope with grief and guidance on how to recognize when you may feel stuck. You’ll learn how to navigate your “new normal” and discover that you don’t have to remain captive to overwhelming emotions.

GriefShare is open to individuals of all faith backgrounds and provides a safe, welcoming space to process the loss of a spouse, child, parent, sibling, friend, or other loved one—regardless of the cause of death.

Thanks to generous memorial donations, we are able to offer this program free of charge.
