Donald Gray of rural Louisville, has retired from his position on the Otoe County Rural Water District No. 3 Board of Directors. Don joined the Board on Jan. 28, 1980, and was officially elected to the position of Secretary in January of 2013,a position he occupied until April of this year.

During his decades of service, Don assisted in making many important decisions about the expansion of the district, providing wisdom and knowledge essential to preserving and supplying water in the district. Don has been invaluable to the district’s many endeavors and to the thousands of people who have relied upon his accomplishments. The district’s board members and staff presented Don with a service plaque recognizing his 45-years of service in June.
