Resolving Differences with Words, Not Weapons
Last week, America witnessed the horrific assassination of Charlie Kirk. Charlie was a young conservative activist, a husband, and a father of two. He inspired thousands of young people. His mission was simple but powerful: to resolve disagreements through robust and substantive discourse. He welcomed challenges, inviting those who opposed him to debate and engage in open dialogue.

Yesterdays
I wrote this column a few years ago – before we moved to Lincoln. Yesterday I visited the farm, and realized the more things change – the more they stay the same! A new generation of “cat lovers” has joined the family. Caleb Ard, at the age of 3, is almost as good of a cat lover as his great aunt Carolyn. Marbles is his latest friend. Enjoy the trip into the past.

I can’t believe how crops have changed this past week. Seems like they have been at the “green and growing” stage and almost overnight look like harvest will begin soon.
