Bryan College of Health Sciences in Lincoln has released its fall 2022 president’s and dean’s lists. Named to the president’s list was Jayda Garris, who is pursuing a bachelor of science in nursing.
At the Syracuse Board of Education Organizational Meeting Jan. 5, newly elected member, Justin Stark, read the oath of office. Barry Janssen was elected President, Brianne Wilhelm was elected Vice President, Jerry Werner was elected Treasurer and Katie Tonkin was elected Secretary. All will serve a one-year term.

“Better Process Control School for Acidified and Low Acid Canned Foods,” presented by the University of Nebraska Food Processing Center is set to take place March 13 and 14 in Lincoln. The Food Processing Center has designed this training specifically for individuals with little or no food science or food safety background.
Camden Jacob Coon of Syracuse was recently named to the fall semester 2022 dean’s list at Iowa State University. Coon is a fourth-year history student at the university.
