Anna Combs was hired as the new Spanish teacher and Garrett Reese was hired as the new music teacher for the 2023-24 school year at the Syracuse Board of Education meeting March 29. Resignations from Aleisha Sedlacek and David Purdham were accepted at the March 20, 2023 board of education meeting.
Plants purchased from the Syracuse Schools PTO will be available for pick-up at the Fair Center on Friday April 14 from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. There will be extra plants for purchase; first come, first choice.

Nebraska’s Natural Resources Districts (NRDs) were represented by more than 55 directors and staff in Washington, D.C., March 20-22, 2023.
