The Otoe County Board of Commissioners has approved a 90-day moratorium on conditional use permit applications for commercial/utility grade solar energy system projects.Board members approved the moratorium during the regular Otoe County Board of Commissioners meeting on Tuesday, April 9.The decision was made to give the Solar Energy System Zoning Review Committee an opportunity to report on current zoning regulations for such projects.
