Legion Auxiliary thanks those who made Christmas display possible

The American Legion Auxiliary Unit 100, Syracuse would like to thank the following for making our organization’s first Christmas Tree Display a success: Sue Antes, Librarian; SDA FBLA; SDA FFA and Starlettes; Syracuse Area 4-H; Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts and Girls Scouts; Methodist Church, Luther Memorial Confirmation Group, North Branch Church; The Barber Chair and the Extension Club; American Legion and American Legion Auxiliary; Mid-County VFW and VFW Auxiliary. Nebraska Agri-Business Association conducts expo, announces awards

The 64th Nebraska Agri‐Business Exposition was held January 25‐26, 2022 at the Embassy Suites La Vista Conference Center in La Vista, Nebraska. This day and a half event consisted of educational training on Agricultural Budgeting, Carbon Markets and Nitrogen Stabilizers and a show of vendor exhibits. The association also welcomed Congressman Don Bacon from Nebraska’s Second District to the Directors’ and Industry Awards Reception.

On the front page of the Jan. 28 issue of the Syracuse Journal-Democrat, in the story about the Otoe County Museum of Memories, it should have read that Jason Ross was the Eagle Scout who did the brick work for the herb garden.
