Wildwood featured artist: Jim Fey

The one-of-a-kind nature of Jim Fey’s ceramic pieces creates many levels of enjoyment and surprises for the South Bend artist whose work is on display at the Wildwood Historic Center’s Art Barn. Fey said the uniqueness of each piece is visible through the creation, finishing and glazing of the form.

St John’s Lutheran Church in Otoe had an installation service for part time Co-Pastors LuRae Hallstrom and Mary Grundman on Sunday Sept. 18. Church services are Sunday mornings at 9 a.m. with fellowship after. We LOVE visitors.

As the unemployment rate rose to a six-month high of 3.7 percent in August, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the number of job openings in America sits at roughly 11 million.
