Three Rocket wrestlers qualify for state

Three Syracuse wrestlers earned their way to the state tournament during action at the district wrestling tournament at Central City on Friday, Feb. 10, and Saturday, Feb. 11, while a number of athletes fell just one win short of state.

Rocket girls close out regular season

The Syracuse Rocket girls’ basketball team had a busy schedule last week finishing out its regular season schedule with an overtime loss against Auburn and wins against Nebraska City and Conestoga. Coach Pryor commented, “Although we didn’t come out on top, the Auburn game was a tough fought, team loss.
