Rock-It Nutrition offering healthy options

Rock-It Nutrition, at north 18th Street, Suite 4 in Syracuse, opened Dec. 26, 2022. The opening was announced in October and menu posted the end of November followed by a soft opening. The store opened full service on Dec. 26, 2022.
