The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office arrested four individuals on Sept. 10, 2014 in connection to drug activity in the Hamburg and Farragut areas.

The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrests of four individuals in connection to drug activity in the Hamburg and Farragut areas.


A Fremont County Sheriff’s Deputy observed two individuals near the 1000 block of Park Street in Hamburg.  When he attempted to make contact, the individuals fled on foot.  Bradley Perry, 19, of Hamburg was arrested.


As part of an ongoing investigation, two simultaneous search warrants were conducted at addresses in Farragut on Sept. 10.


During the search warrants, over $3,000 of drug currency was seized as well as approximately 80 grams of marijuana.


Kaleb Hudson, 17, of Farragut was arrested on suspicion of Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance, and released to his parents.


Jacob Boeser, 17, of Farragut was also arrested on suspicion of Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance, and released to his parents.


Judson Krein, 19, of Sidney was arrested for suspicion of Accessory after the Fact, an aggravated misdemeanor, and is being held at the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office on a $2,000 surety bond.


Bradley Perry, 19, of Hamburg was arrested for suspicion of 2 counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, and Interference with Official Acts.  Perry is being held at the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office on a $15,300 cash only bond.


More charges are pending.
