Rocket duo made Shrine impact

Adam Vogt and Nick Reed represented the Syracuse-Dunbar-Avoca football team at the annual Shrine Bowl game at Memorial Stadium in Lincoln.

Reed played receiver in the all star contest and ended up posted a record 130 yards on eight catches. Vogt made tackles while playing on the kickoff team and also recorded an interception on defense.

Both are planning to pursue collegiate basketball careers.
