Mark A. Klimiuk, 45, of Colorado Springs, Colo., died at his home Feb. 1, 2010.
Immediate survivors are his parents Evelyn (Lempka) and Len Klimiuk of Salt Lake City, Utah, and sister Karen Galvan of Monument, Colo. Evelyn (Lempka) Klimiuk is formerly of Talmage.
