Joy Dean (Rusty) Isaacs, 74 of McMinnville, Ore., passed away at his home on July 29, 2018.
He was born on Feb. 9, 1944, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Nebraska City to Charles (Chester) and Florence Isaacs.
On April 9, 1982, he married Tess Wrigglesworth.
He was a mechanic, maintenance man, well driller, carpenter, and drove a Ukein the underground mines at Weeping Water.
He was also a volunteer fire fighter in Amity, Ore., He loved playing and singing music. He was a master of many instruments including the guitar, harmonica, fiddle, keyboard, accordion and banjo.
He is survived by his wife, Tess, adopted son Phillip and wife; step children, Sharee, Spencer and wife, Rusty and wife, Robert and Dan; and father-in-law Spencer Wrigglesworth, all of Oregon. He is also survived by his brother and sister in law Dale and Karen Isaacs of Syracuse, sisters Alma Pierson and Edra Dixon of Syracuse, and Eileen Isaacs of Nebraska City.  Also numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great, nieces and nephews and great great great nieces and nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mom and dad and a brother, Vern.
His celebration of life was at his step sons home in Oregon where many family members and friends attended. He was very much loved by his wife of 36 years and children.
