Don H. Landwehr, 82 of Palmyra, passed away on Aug. 20, 2017, at the Monarch in Lincoln.
He was born on June 16, 1935, to Henry and Leona (Brammeier) in Nebraska City.
 Don married Kathleen Schulte on Dec. 14, 1956, at the Hope Lutheran Church in Burr. He farmed and later worked as a propane truck driver for the Co-op in Bennet for 24 years until retirement. He loved woodworking and gave away many items for others to enjoy.
He is survived by his wife: Kathleen Landwehr of Palmyra; son: Kevin (Denise) Landwehr of Lincoln; daughters: Julie Landwehr of Palmyra, Stacy (Bryan) Sullivan of Roca; grandchildren: Taylor, Benjamin and Marisa Landwehr, Connor and Kennedy Sullivan; great granddaughters: Khloe and Tatum; sister: Lavonne (Don) Grundman of Nebraska City; sisters-in-law: Alene Landwehr of Lorton, Barb (Harlan) Stutheit of Atkinson, Kan., Linda Bouwens of Lincoln; also numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister: Janis Landwehr, brother: Dean Landwehr, father-in-law and mother-in-law: Irving and Laura Schulte, brother-in-law: David Bouwens, sister-in-law: Claudia Churchill.
Funeral services were to be held on Thursday, Aug. 24, at 11 a.m. at the Palmyra Presbyterian Church. Memorials are suggested to the family’s choice.
Visitation was to be held on Wednesday, Aug. 25, from 1 until 9 p.m. with family greeting friends from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home in Syracuse.
