Wednesday’s forecast calls for more golfer friendly weather with some wind and temperatures in the lower 60s. Jon Casey of the Wildwood Golf Course said the weather has been great for business so far, especially when compared to weather that golfers dealt with last year. Casey recalls Nebraska City receiving a dusting of snow on Oct. 11 last year. Around 20 golfers were on the course Monday and Casey looks for those numbers to hold through Wednesday.
With warm temperatures and sunny skies, its hard for any golfer to complain.
“If you don’t have to wear a hat and mittens, that’s pretty awesome for a golf person,” Casey said.
