Syracuse, Neb. -

After about a decade in Nebraska City, John Schreiter of CropLife Insurance Agency, Inc., moved to Syracuse at the end of November. The office is at 940 12th St., east of Syracuse-Dunbar-Avoca High School and between Subway and Dollar General.
Schreiter said that it has gone well since the move to Syracuse. He said that the move is closer to the Otoe County Farm Service Agency office and his customer base. CropLife Insurance Agency serves customers in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and Missouri.
Before starting CropLife Insurance Agency, Schreiter said that he farmed for 20 years. He grew up in the Nebraska City area.
The agency offers crop insurance; term, whole, universal life and final expense life insurance; and critical illness, cancer, accident insurance and health benefit plans.
Dennis Kreifels works with Schreiter. He specializes in crop insurance. Schreiter does crop, life and health insurance. Wanda Caffrey from Polaris Financial Services is also based in the office.
