Medieval Disco is the theme for Homecoming at Syracuse-Dunbar-Avoca High School.
Dress up themes for this week were and are: Monday, Camouflage; Tuesday, Neon Day; Wednesday, Barbie and Ken Day; Thursday, Dress Your Best Day; and Friday, Spirit Day! Green and White.
A pep rally is at 2:45 p.m. Sept. 25 at the high school gymnasium. S-D-A FFA members will serve a tailgate party from 5:30 p.m. until the 7 p.m. kickoff of the football game vs. Lincoln Lutheran. Pulled pork, baked beans, chips and bars will be served.
Candidates will be recognized during half time, followed by a field show performance by the Junior High Band. Coronation is at the end of the game. The Homecoming Dance is at the high school gymnasium Saturday, Sept. 26, from 8-11 p.m.
